Not shure that i can help but i found a file called passwords.properties under P:\iBase\WSM\apps\shared\decl
it basically has all passwords listed that have anything to do with ISIS i guess.
Good luck.

Yes that right, been trying to get it sorted out for a while now, although there are DK members who in previous posts claim to have it working, so there must be a solution to it - its just knowing what!

After dowloading the ETK client application from the ISIS server and clicking the ETK ISIS or ETK Admin ISIS icon on the desktop - thats assuming you have first installed ETK on the ISIS server!

Hi,
You first need to check "installed software" tab and see if there are any errors or recovered files first.

Can you explain how to reinstall Jetstream ?
I used to back-up Jetstream folder and then replace it after ISPI 2.7.1 install and XFire error. But I am still getting errors and uncomplete install.
Thanks

Log on as administrator to ISIS , go to add/remove programs and deinstall all 4 Jetstream positions . After that install jetstream from ISIS installation DVD and reboot the server.
Any news how to run ETK client . I installed it on standard PC with running ISIS launcher and now it ask me for user and password to log in. What the password is ? In ETK installation manual is something about DMS server adress. Can somebody give me any tips ?

Hi there Hoborg, i've been waiting on someone to explain the solution to the jetstream update problem. So thanks for that but just for clarification:
did you install the ISPI 2.7.1 update before you uninstalled the jetstream packages?
did you use the ISIS 2.7.0.31 to reinstall the jetstream packages?
