Here's dump for Sony CDX-M9900. This one has confirmed code for 1234
Notice the similarity between CDX-NC9950.
Code is at address 30,31,32,33, 2nd nibbles respectively.

If all else fails, maybe you'd like to try change dump and write code data to addresses,
try '1234' or any other code like 1111, data changed accordingly
