lexia version 345 error code 11 on instalation help please

Hi all i have a copy of lexia 3 which i have been using for 3 months, yesterday i tried installing planet peugeot, which failed to install, scince then i can not get lexia to work, so i un-installed it and then re installed, creating a new txt doc "version" in "c" etc, when i enter the licence generated code, it comes back with error 11.

What has gone wrong please help

hi mate, have tried but just keep getting code 11 , i have system restore to before the first instal but no difference, i have uninstaled and re instaled but still error code 11....

help anyone please.....
