My friend lost a key to his golf 2.3 petrol V5 and the second is without transponder. I`ve try vag comander 1.4 to read it, but wouldn`t let me connect.
What cable should i get to do this job??

really hard without right tools.
but ... you can open dash , read directly eeprom from him ( or from ecm ) find login code and adapt new transponder.
