can anyone tell if you remap a transit 2.4 duratec 2001 and if so would kwp2000 do the job thanks in advance

you can tell if you read file from ecu and compare with original but you cannot tell with any diagnostic tools that i know of.
and no kwp certainly wont work on your transit, you need a powergate which when i got mine was a 1000euro and that was ford only.
if its a 1 off for yourself its cheapest to remove ecu and desolder.
