i hope some one can understand my bad english
i have two Q7 key, the first key is broken
the customer tell me audi service is cancel the second key with diagnostic from two month ago ,i dont now why,
when i replace the part wich i tag on the picture from the broken key to a canceled key
the remote control is working 100%,
now can any one know wich part has a pin code to try to replace it, i hope engine is start?:hmmmm2:

in the older ones the transponder (to start the car) is in the top half of the key (flip part) im not too sure on the newer keys i presume it will be the same i have a key at work ill open it up and have a look for you but normally audi/vw transponders are like this

Once the IC board is removed, you will notice a light gray cover in the upper corner of the key fob. Carefully pry up this cover with the pick tool
