Hello, I want to learn some about reprogram ecu of my car, it?s a Opel/Vauxhall Zafira B year 2007, 120cv 1.9 cdti, engine is Z19DT

Who programs do I need??
Disgnostic cable to read/program?? can use opcom diagnostic cable??
How I can edit/modify maps??

Your pics is quite too small:motz:to see anything....

You will need some OBD-Flasher able doing this brand,i wont tell which is able or not...mostly ori interfaces can do all,and the clones not...so,be sure that if you buy some ebay shit if it works,and also on your car.

With original or good clone tool MPPS,would be no problem i guess.

I never would do this using an diagnostic interface..even if some interfaces can do it...normally with no checksum correction etc...

For editing maps,send file to a lokal tuner or to somebody you know... im sure somebody will help by PM or in public.

Be aware not everybody telling you being a tuner is a tuner:sleep:
