Peugeot Euro Taxi Bosch EDC15C2 immo off problem and now chip locked

Please Help!

I have the above vehicle (2002) with Bosch HDi EDC15C2 0 281 010 135 (1plug on ECU)

I had an intermitent immo problem so decided to immo off.

I read the 5P08 chip and ran it through immo killer, wrote to chip and read back, all OK but now total non start

I ran the original file through Otocheck using the HDi Euro 2 option and again, wrote to the chip, read it back all OK.

Still no start so decided to revert to original and give up (it started 95% of the time anyway)

Now the real problem starts, since writing the otocheck file, I can not write to the chip. Have tried 2 different programmers, both of which will read the Oto file back but will not write the original.

I have attached all 3 files.

Can anyone help with why it wont write anymore?

Witch was the programmer that you used for reading?

Have you made a verify comand after programing with the original file.
Did you try to read another SPI EEPROM?
Check if pin 7and 8 have 5V and 4 is ground and check with osciloscope pin 5 data input and 2 data output, pin 1 5V and 6 it's serial clock.
Make a file with all in FF and try to program and see what happens when you read it next if all OK put the good file on it.

I have earth on pin 4, 4.8v on 1,7&8 when reading or writing and the scope shows activity on 2 and 5.
Tried writing a file of ff but still reads back as the file from otocheck.
Verify fails at address 0x0Buffer=0xFF;IC=0x91!

Will try to find another chip the same and retry

It seems that your chip might be burned:hmmmm2:.
Try your programmer with another SPI EEPROM like ST95xxx.
But don't forget the ST95080 is not the same as ST95P08 for making the substitution in ECU.
