I have a older psp using software version 6.31, I was wondering what is the best software to use to play nes and snes roms on my psp and what steps I have to take to get it to work.Thanks

You would need a pandora battery to modify it first. Is it a PSP1000? Do you know what model of motherboard you have?

pandora battery + magic stick will do the trick and will allow you to play as many Roms as you want.
