VAS5054 upgrade problem

i have a VAS clone and it come with v14 BASE CD, AUDI and VW DATA DVDs.
I already downloaded v16, v17, v18 and none of them works with interface, all say " interface incorrect installation (or something like this) "

I can also comunicate with interface, paired with password , added on EDIC , etc , but when open software shows this error

any ideas ?

That's because it's a Low-quality clone. i have the same problem, works only with 14 and 15 versions..

do you know where can i get at least v15 ?
i have v16, v17 and v18

I have the same piece of crap clone. Probably has the same serial number ending in 1029 or something. I was pissed when I had version 17 loaded and ready and I got it and it didn't work. I wish somebody would explain what happens in the communication that makes it so the cheap one won't allow the new software. Oh well, like Patrian always says, cheap usually costs more.
