ford scanner advice needed

i would like to know what the cheapest tool i could buy to read/scan the faults on a 1995 ford transit..trouble with the pats system i think and need to get it scans and would like to do it myself

I don't know which modell you exactly have, but i think 1995 doesn' have PATS!!!!
