intermitent tv

hi all,

i currently have my KV box set up as normal?
linked to tv by scart,
linked to internet cable via modem via splitter,
ethernet to router,
all was fine but i now get massive interference when i go on the internet via laptop or computer,
been on the phone to VM numerous times to send new signal through both tv and internet, still getting grief,
also just added VM box to keep signal constant, but its still happening.
any advice would be greatly recieved,
