mp5.2 bosch immo off

I need to remove the immo from a 1.6 8v saxo vtr.

the ecu is a bosch mp5.2 and the immo is in the 93c46 chip. Only problem is I dont know how to read it with my willem. Any advice/pinout would be appreciated!

the last Bosch mp5.2 that i do: i remove 93c46 and it work fine, car was a 406 16s.
