Hi, my set up consists of a single line which then gets split off to a arnet kryptview with 29/11/2008 firmware, other line goes to another splitter which runs modem and v1rg*n box.
The arnet box was workin fine (apart from a few freezes a day) but then i had to call vm out as on demand stuff wasnt workin on their box, so the enginner replaced the old dark grey box for a shiny silver one, the problem below has now started.
The problem lies with my signal it just isnt stable jumpin from 0 to 75 to 13 to 0 etc it may work for really short periods but then just dies and i get bad or no signal displayd onto the screen. Now it doesnt even show any channels and cant find any on a scan or even the tp.
The vm box is fine and so is my broadband.
Any ideas on what the problem or a possible fix could be? :bawling:
