need a bit more information first how long was it working before it want blank are you getting the FTA channels or is it just the HD your not getting ?

well, yhet have sent me some test clines and they are working perfect again, but when they send me my subscripion one i just get blank screen on all channels apart from fta ones which all seem ok.
