Lot of paralel programmers are good to read write eproms and flash.

You can take an :

or

Dataman 48UXP Universal Programmer (http://www.dataman.com/webpages/productview.aspx?pid=4)

But remember,the best way is always buy programmer and adapter(to fit PLCC to DIP) from one and same producer...there may be differences
