How to change on VW Passat B5 from mil to km label on the dashboard

I have in my garage a Passat B5 and the owner imported it last year from the UK where on the dashboard stands mil. but the owner wish thinks looks in KM.

Is this possible?
If yeas, then how?

I have VCDS v9.12.

Yes its possible swich KM / MIL
data stored in Tacho EEPROM .

I searched around but didnt found any point where I can make the changes from MIL to KM.

would this pass on vw passat 3B?

I mean, I fouind no info on Rostec wiki site about passat 3B.

If you check under 17 instrument cluster - coding then you can see "page does not exist" :-(

Should work the same, I personaly changed ML->KM on Passat 3B 1.9TDI PD year 2001 immported from UK .

Ok, so I did the change for my question:

go to this site VW Passat (3C) Instrument Cluster - Ross-Tech Wiki (http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/VW_Passat_(3C)_Instrument_Cluster)
and finish your work.

This is a working instruction for the Passat B5 3B type.
