Hmmmm..... About best tool....not shure...I don't think there is best tool. Every tool has some advantages and disadvantages. So Take look around in Hardware section and other sections as well.
And if You are just starting to do that - are You shure You need the best tool. Thats a lot of money and not always the place to start from.

i have time with ecu i have some tools ,xprog ,bdm100,ak400,beeprog+,kwp2000+,but i need to buy beter profesional tool
