Syncing Contacts

Has anyone come up with a really good way to safely sync Palm desktop contacts with outlook, with minimal or no loss of data fields. I am doing this manually at present and its quite annoying.

Also, am looking for an alternative to MS Activsync to sync data with more control.

please give us more details ... what fields are lost on synchronization.

I made synchronization with Outlook,, with MS Activsync and no data fields lost.
