2001 Kia Rio Keys

Can someone please help to generate a key. i have 2001 kia rio with a small obd plug next to battery. cannot do the keys via obd. it has immobox with 93c46 in it dump attached .dump was read with a labtool. it uses a 4d60 transponder . i have logic of ff 00 55247315. can someone help me to add the key into the dump please. alternatively can you help to write a tpx2 from the dump logic.

i am not sure if you add another key to this dump if the immobox and ecu need matching.
