316 ti compakt E46 (ME9.2) lost sync with EWS pls help

Hello guys,

I got a problem with the following car...

316 ti compakt E46 85kW BJ02
ECU is ME9.2 (0261209005 7508180 7523838 7522716)

Main problem was that the Flash file was corrupted and
the ECU had no function. This problem I could fix.
But now the car don't start and the following trouble code
occours "2737 - wrong code". I think the EWS3 and the DME
lost sync...Can someone help me?

I only have XProg and BDM-Tool, no INPA, GT1 etc.

HC11.bin -> read with XProg from EWS
28F800F3T -> Flash file from DME read with BDM

i just saw your post, i have a corrupt chip on 0261209007 bmw ecu, how did you fix your problem, thanks in advance
