theres a program called Wintrac by bluetree systems. Available from TK dealers.

Carrier have Reefer Manager

You'll need them, a laptop with a RS232 port(com) and a download cable.

There are two transport refrigeration forums.

reefer-tek tek talk (only transport) and
refrigeration engineer(all refrigeration, own transport section)

if you type these into google you'll get there.

Ok this is what I use for intelligaire II systems you need a rs232 DB9 to 6 pin deutsche connector one is smartpac and other is data logger software enjoy.

That wintrac 5.1 is an upgrade you would need a 4.x version to use that upgrade.

wintrac 4.3 , which requires a licence key. All versions after 4.3 are upgrades. 4.8.1 and 4.9 etc..

wintrac 5.0 complete install no registration required (you might want to install wintrac 4.0 first then don't register and install 5.0 then 5.31 that way you can Flash load)

you can't buy the deutch plug too easily, best to buy the cable from Carrier or RT electronics
