FIAT NAREA 1.6L 16V immo off

Can somebody make I**O off for thas car? I**O box is corrupted, I'm no way to fix it. There is original ECU eeprom dump - IAW 4EF B3 with eeprom 25080. Tryed OTOCHECK variant - not working.
