where can i find pre codec chips (fiat,toyota,)?

fiat code2 are either provided as whole keys via fiat or the chips are precoded to the individual cars via dump file

Hi

How does a pre codec chip work i have precoded chips from my agent and tried to clone it but doesn't work but i can clone a nissan key to it (aktp30 advanced keys)

what is dump file ? and how can i do it?
a dump file is a copy of the programme contained in this case its a copy of the eeprom info, from this a calculator is used to determine the ecu login pin you need this to prog keys.
on the fiat code2 the pre code is made up from bits contained in the dump file a combination of key id and chassis i do believe.
when you buy a new key from fiat its pre coded already but very dear, the other alternative is to pre code a id48 chip but of course this can only be done when you have the dump file from the emmo box.
for a very cheap car they have made it very hard to programme non fiat keys
