vw polo 87c510 replacement

Can this device (87C510) be replaced with 27c512 , anyone have shematic or some link? Please :eating:

it can be replaced but pinout is not the same .
you need an adapter. or take a look to the 2 datasheets to make your own adapter. what's happened to your 87c510 chip?

My eprom is ok , but I dont have programer for it, and I already have tuned map for it , so I think its better to program it in new eprom 27c512 so I dont damage original.
After few days of searcing for replacement, I found out that it wont work if I just make adapter with changed pinouts. Inputs of 27c512 needs to be conneted thru 74hct537 becouse 87c510 is "latched" eprom. And datasheet is impossible to find for 87c510.
Looks like my polo 1.0 wont get any more power:slug:

I know it can be programed but, I dont have Beeprog and, I am not expirienced in erasing uv eproms.
I know that its possible to replace it with 27c512 ,with right adapter, its better solution for me becouse I have original and dont need to buy new programmer. If I find the right adapter. Thanks for helping...
