Your rar archive isnt ok to me.
V-Max is in eeprom, not in flash

Rar is ok but you have to rename in zip first then rar again.
V-max is in eeprom but minor difference when cruise control is active. Waiting for reply.
Edit: don't think its active.

listen m8, u can remove the speed limit with diagnostic tool so easy m8. try with Canclip it will make it 100%.

hello the renault master rewrite original dump ( atention read the injector codes!!, end clear all adaptation (speed limit, injector code , etc) after rewrite adatping injector codes

you can turn off speed limiter with clip as already said , very easy to do takes two mins

Like said Easytech, you can only lowered the speed limit, but not set it higher... I try too with Clip.
