I have installed the PTT 1.11 (CHUCK NORRIS). It is asking me if I want to apply some updates:

1. Diagnostic Communication Database 000.009 (Lots of patches inside!!)
2. Diagnostic Communitacion Driver 2
3. Tech Tool 1.11 (from 1.11.10 to 1.11.44)
4. Network update 2.6

Does anyone have any experience with this updates? Is it safe for the software continuing working? Will they kill CHUCK NORRIS???

And.... does anyones know how to change CHUCK NORRIS in this version???... in the 1.10 is easy, but I haven't been able in the 1.11.

you can use same crack in ptt 1.10 and 1.11 i use chuck norris as well on both 1.10 and 1.11.

I also have a registed ptt on another laptop.

what i hate is that i do not have full capability for reprograming like ecm and certain parameters like injector calibration codes and light control module from led to reg. incandescent bulbs.

crack will not allow u to do that because u must connect to central system and my registered copy the user level does not allow me to, i must be a dealer user level.

You can use Nexiq with PTT only you wont be able to do reprogram of old trucks and new trucks reprogram would be slow. And if you are not in US you need 8-pin cable for it.

Can you explain why? Is this because a specific adapter is now required to program volvo trucks? I thought the Nexiq would be fine with PTT and there wouldnt be any speed issues?

Volvo interface 88890020 can do High Speed Programming of ECU for models from 2002. It also can do Standart Speed Programming for all Volvo models older than 2002.

Nexiq can do only Standart Speed Programming of ECU for models newer than 1998. It can not do ECU programming at all for Volvo models older than 1998.

I have windows 7 and I am using rp1210 option of INLINE 5 with USB.

you can install all that without any hesitation online but I suppose you to download and copy all once from programfiles(network update agent uab files once and if you install it again setup all by sequence and paste communication database files in proram files---communication databases---updates

Same activation you can find on DK if you search for PTT 1.11 multi.
But even if you open Development it won't let you program level2 or level3 parameters. For it you need dev2tool.

I was having problems with Tech Tool everytime I would try and open it I would get a message saying Tech Tool is already running, I looked in the processes in the task manager and could not see anything vaguely resembling tech tool, volt, volvo etc running.
So I uninstalled Tech Tool and ran the tech tool clean up tool after the uninstall, I then used Ccleaner to do a registry fix and ran the cleaner.

I then tried to re-install Tech Tool but halfway through the installation I get this message " Installation of communication server and diagnostic communication have failed: Error code -1. Setup will now abort".

Anyone any ideas on what is happening.

First test connection then activate then use m311331 to login. Works well, a couple of days ago it let me program the new turbo actuator that I replaced. I would guess it gives you level 3 in PTT the best generator that I have found.

I had a PTT install disk in my laptop and when I booted it the machine tried to install the ptt, I cancelled the install and removed the disk, but now at every book I get a message saying PTT cannot install please reinsert the disk etc, anyone know how I can get rid of this pop up
