need help for audi A4

hello guys i have a difficult probleme in audi a4 with here dashboard ,After switching all the lights are flashing at the same time and get on a referral back constantly, I do a scan but I can not find anything. Can someone help me or guide me ! in my opinion it should be a component problem

You need put more detail about dash..
And what you try to do....

Check the regulator on the dash! (5pins) and check all IC?s to his temperature.
Maybe the 5v voltage goes down and came up.
