I have a problem with my DIR-615 wireless, flashed with the image 14896 v24 sp2 for this model.

I can not access the VyprVpn through the router using this image and I received this email from Giganews after a week of toing and froing:

Hello Mark,

Thank you for working with us on this matter. We have had our Engineers
look at the screenshots you have sent to us and run some independent tests
in our server logs. I can confirm that everything is configured to the
specifications as per the website and that you are connecting to the VPN
successfully with the router. However we do not see any traffic being
passed by the router when connected which is why you do not see our
assigned IP address when connecting.

Everything we have ran and looked into boils down to the router it self as
the culprit as it seems to not want to pass the traffic over the VPN when
connected. This could be an issue with the firmware or with the version of
the DD-WRT that you are suing. Our only recommendations with this now are
to try to reflash the router, update the firmware or try a different DD-WRT
router. Since you can connect with the PC over the network without any
issues we also recommend this avenue as well.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Basically they are saying this is the images/router fault, so has anyone come across this before, or have any guidance on what to do!

Thanks,

Mark
