I've been searching relentlessly for the same thing. Every program i have tried won't recognize the nexiq usb link. Data streams are there but it just won't pick it up

We use the JPRO Fleet Diagnostic program for the Ford, GMC and chevrolet. It does work with the nexiq USB link. The J-Pro program doesn't recoginize UD, Isuzu, Mitsubishi or hino. But works great for American Medium duty. Just for fault codes and data monitoring though. Can't do any injector tests or anything tests though.

for F650 and F750 trucks, saint works fine, the only problem with these tools is that it only works with IC4
all of these diagnostic tools can be found here in the forum

Saint is International Service assistant software. It was between master diagnostics and ServiceMaxx. There is also Saint for Ford you don't need Ford IDS to run. But the Saint sw only uses the IC4 interface.

here's the tools you need for Ford Power Stroke, these tools work for me.
maybe want to try
1-first install ford ids
2-install master diagnostic
3-install drives for usb or com IC4
4-to find the master diagnostic, in the browser C: \ Navistar \ MD_ML
5-the master diagnostic works with the ford ids, and should not have another version of master diagnostic on your hard drive, because it does not install the version of ford truck
6-I hope you understand my English, this is not my language

This is version 57 ids, I've tried it in windows xp sp3 and windows 7 and works well
xp sp2 I have not tried, but maybe it works well

I checked again, I have XP sp3 but I can't get v57 to install.
ver. 69 installs with out a problem. i don't get it. And if I install MD with ver 69 I get support for F650/750 2004-2007 but not for f250/350 with 7.3l or 6.0. It only showes me 3.9l and another one. Anybody got any Ideas.

I think the diagnostic master works with any version of ids, try your version 69, maybe get lucky
IDS is only a complement to operate the MD

my friend, this version of master diagnostic work with all Navistar engines in Ford trucks, before 2004
f 350 and f 450
only use the master diagnostic, ids do not like how it works, just a comment

I've tried at all, and works well, for the old folks, POWER STROKES, you need ((Diamond Logic Controller II) that works with the ford ids,
there are 2 versions (Diamond Logic Controller II) 1 for ford truck, another truck international

Thats what I was doing wrong, I was trying to use IDS to get to MD. I made a shortcut from MD in program files and it opens up. I will have to try this when i go to work monday. Thanks for the help Mondao. What do you use for 2004 and up? I have a few 2005's with the 6.0 at work.

you can try (Diamond Logic Controller II) but I have not been lucky, saint if it worked, in engines with a (IDM) and (ECM) in the top of the engine, works well saint

I have Saint for Ford, but you can't run the Ford ver. With the Int. ver. on the same machine. I guess I'm going to need another system. Thanks for the reply.

One will overwright the other one, made that mistake. Installed SA Ford and it wiped out my SA int. One hell of a time getting it streightend out. Won't do that again.

I have been using a program called ScanXL Pro 3.20 (j2534) Passthrough compatible....was working on a 2003 Duramax Diesel Obd2 Setup today....also gives you Enhanced diagnostics....
if you cant find it ..let me know...Pm me...send me your email...will send you a working version with install instructions....

PF-Diagnose HD with OBD-II supports the Nexiq USB-Link and WVL2 along with any other RP1210 or RP1210/J2534 adapter.

Works on Ford 6.0, 6.7, Duramax, Isuzu and many others and also does HD J1708 and J1939
