hi , need some help with vectra 1996 losto all i made one key but this key working just with door but wiht the cylinder not work, i made a new key to another cylinder but , need some thing to turn on the cylinder to remove them, and this car has code can i take the code whith mvp chinese? need help to turn on , and help with the code. i know remove the cylinder but i need something to turn on,.

not sure what you are asking, but a vectra of this year hs the pin code stored in both the immo unit which is the key reader & the engine ecu. dealer will normally give you the code, if not easiest way is to read the tms370 in the immo unit.
post the dump here & there are lots tht will give you the pin.
in the dump there will also be the mechanical key number that a locksmith will be able yo cut you a key from
