TOUAREG 2007 fulel switch don't work

Hello. I have problem with VW TOUAREG 2007. There are two switches to open fuel tank and ~back~ door, and they are not working. VCSD ory. dont display any errors. (mechanically and electrically switches are ok).

Do you mean thr fuel lid switch? Can you send a picture of it?
