2000 BMW 528I E39 EWS

Hello
I have a 2000 BMW 528I E39 with a M52 engine that every 5 to 7 days I have the RESYNC the EWS because car will no longer start.
Once the resync is done car runs well for the next 5 to 7 days then shuts down and I have to resync again.
The only code I get is one calling for resync.
What could be wrong here ?????.

Either the engine ecu or the ews is losing its vbatt+ while the other is staying powered up, so they become unsynched
