hi

i have damaged the eis module of the car, so the car dont start now.

i have manged to find a set of keys, eis ignition lock and ecu from a 2005 e320 cdi.

my question is, if i was to change everything over but reset my ecu from the 220cdi and program it back to the changed eis and ignition lock will this work?

YOU NEED EIS EVL AND KEY
AND VIRGINISED ECU
CODING WITH STAR
AND START

Sure, will work but you have to make virgin the 220 ECU.
On the other hand, you can have some surprise: ESP, SBC, SRS.

Usualy, MY2007 W211 use Delphi engine ECU.
