Evening,
I've just upgraded from Ubuntu 10.04 to 10.10, and probably used to get it, and never noticed it before.
But have just noticed on shutting down a message of Unmounting Weak File system, I upgraded on Tuesday night after my brand new hard drive arrived, because i knew that my old drive was starting to fail. I installed the updates available Ubuntu originally, and it seemed to slow the system down. Tonight I have reinstalled 10.10 and have not yet downloaded the updates, and am still getting the weak file system error. Upon completion got a list of read/write errors the full length of the screen again. Which i was hoping not o be seeing on a brand new drive!
does anybody else have experience of this?
