John Deere Special functions

Can somone tell me if there's a possibility work on special functions with John Deere Service Advisor?? (kind of engineering mode)
I'd need information for doing some extra works, like building different special systems in to the #tractors (GPS Navigation,....) and adapt and activate them!

So maybe there's a different key in activation of software, or even a different soft or something else????
