is it possible to use as a diag interface the ELM327 USB on Renault Clio 1.5DCI 2001 year for diagnostic, reading ECU error codes?

If yes, which software is good for this?

NO. Diesel passenger cars do not have the support the EOBD protocols until 2004.

find Renault ddt2000 software and use simple kkl (old vag409 cable) , that's all, its cheaper renault tool...

What can I see and change inthere? Anyone tested or using it?
Reanult clip is to expensive.
