Thanks for info but as I can not see any way of stopping the scams from taking our money if we can?t stop ebay/paypal to stop scams from taking our hard saved money, Chinese are well out side our jurisdictions, you should note that any website or business doesn?t accept credit cards you are more likely to lose your money.
