citreon c4 wont start

i have a citreon c4 1.6 petrol 2005 that has been standing for 4 days and now wont start, it will turn over 4 times then stop then you can turn it over again and it stops, but will not start up. I have done a diagnostic check and the only thing that shows up is a code 02447 in the bsi unit but what is strange is when you open the door there is no display for fuel/temp gauges etc and it says eco mode if i disconnect/reconnect the battery all the dash works but still wont start then as soon as i close the door and reopen it says eco mode and no display again any ideas ? The battery voltage is 12.5v and ive tried it with a battery pack connected incase

if the battery voltage goes low enough the bsi loses all the volatile data, key transponders etc

try scanning it with something that will give live data and status information to get a better understanding of why it wont start
