Peugeot E7 Taxi Mileage help

I need to change mileage for Taxi Peugeot E7 year 2003.
(1) I would like to know if mileage is in dash only or do I have to change any mileage in BSI.
(2) I have Tacho Universal V2008 and which board to use and programme.
