When the rosfar saves it, it compresses the dump by ommiting the blank data
If the flash you get is not rosfar, but say etl, then trrawl through and check the spacing.

In future, use rosfar instead of enigma, then you can save the data.

You cant beat etl for this job

Because if you used rosfar, you would have saved the file and you wouldnt be asking for dumps!

It is probably a hardware problem.
When you desolder the wires, do you let the wires flick off, possibly spraying solder over the board?

I have done hundreds of these and have had every problem possible.
Nobody ever said it was easy!

How that. Miles dump is special .rs1 format.

your file is 5.5kb...

rosfar saves flash is 128kb in ezs...

i think you have gateway dump....

when you make the rosfar backup it only backs up the eprom, the 6kb file. in the rosfar temp folder there are the eprom and flash backups which it automatically does when it validates. but the eprom size there is only 2kb?

hi all, please am in a serious problem and i need your help. i wanted programming a spare key for e240 w211 2004, and i use ak400 to read the ezs but when it got to 99% the device hanged and i waited several minute the but it fail to complete,finally i have to disconnect the device then reconnect it back,after which i try reading again and it read 100%. but when i wanted generating key with the dump the software gave me error,i tried several times
it still same error. i finaly gave up doing the key and decide to the return ezs back to the car but the key did not turn ignition.
please i need your help costumer is on my neck.fine the files attach

AK 400 is a chinese crap, but you can repair flash with.
The problem is AK400 fu... the flash when read Eprom.

I don't have a flash from the EZS using r270 to compare. I'm new to all this and is happy for the dump. I'm not looking for a teacher or someone to do the work for me. Just honest answers.

This is honest answer.
Read flash with r270.
Compare.
If have same size and data look at same adress then write this one in ezs.
If don?t work no problem, you can write again.
I never use r270 for this mcu, just use r270 to read 908 in circuit.

OK i was able to read the EZS but when i went to write to it it comes up error. I was able to read it twice and the flash once. After an hour of wondering what to do i decided to write the eeprom dump to the other EZS i had. I wasn't sure a 1L59W would write to a 4L40K. I really don't even know what they mean. I choose the 1L59W dump then choose mcu 4L40K and it wrote it to the other EZS. worked like a charm.
