bmw 2004 ecu clone?

I have a bmw 320D e46 150cv
stole the ecu and the EWS3.
I have a good car to work with them ecu and EWS3 , I'll buy a used ECU and a EWS3.
I can clone the EWS3 and ecu and make new transponder?

Just buy a matched set from the same car and then program a tranpsonder to them.

find a virgin file for the ecu, and align it with the ews....
You need gt1, inpa to do it......

Easier way i think!
