how do i get a channel list?

Hi can anyone help me please,how can i get a list of programs for the day or a few days.As all i have is whats on now and whats on next.Thanks for any help

Think you only get now and next epg, although you do get a full epg on quite a few german channels on 19.2, must be down to the providers.
