Linearization map for MAF sensor - 147 1.9 JTD

I wish to upgrade my Alfa (software 332_624) with MAF sensor which measures higher airflow in comparison with my factory original MAF... Because of that I need address of linearization map for MAF in my ECU file.

Btw, is this software compatible with 332_962?
Why I ask this - in my software 332_624 I can't read "Fuel Temperature" value, but in 332_962 I can read this value...
