P 207 2003 year dash calibrationn problem

I have here dash and bsi from P 207 2007 year. Dash is 93C66 but i do not know how to calculate, try with some calcs and tools but no luck. Bsi is not problem. Attahed both of dumps. Old km is 150116km and i need 90116km.
