Audi Chorus M4 code please

Hi guys.
I have a radio Audi Chorus M4.
I am a little bit confused.
It has an MCU with 3F71L mask but I dont find cross reference anywhere.
The serial number is: AUZ1Z2Y69280206.
It also has an eeprom near to the MCU that appears to be a 24c16, it hasnt nothing saying that but it appears to be.
Anyone can clarify this doubts for me and tell me exactly what I need to read in this radio?

Hi!Carbase says that the code is stored in the MCU(MC68HC705B32).

I need dump to write in the MCU because with Upa it reads FF all the memory.
Please, if someone has dump for this radio and knows the code, share with me.

for me upa read FF's to, but also I can't write, upa shows writing to 40 adress and then says no respond.

Sorry, bad post. I was saying something about external 5v source, but isnt an eeprom, its an MCU...
