Hi everybody

I have a Excavator Cat 345BL / 4SS01481

I have replaced and programmed ECM, the equipment
cranks but not start.

Please I need your help.:hmmmm2:

Check interlock, did you have old parameters or info of the old ECM?

Do you have any error codes active, these machine draw fuel up from the fuel tank to a pre filter and then to the transfer pump so if you have any air leaks on the hose or in the fuel system then it wont start, crack off the fuel line out of the seconadry filter and see if you have any air bubbles if its not clear then the engine wont start.

Hey bud, connect ET and check for an RPM signal on your status screen while cranking. Engine will crank even when there are no personality codes or fls/fts numbers programmed. Thats basically what a test ECM is. You dont program that info in if your using as a test computer. Just a though on the RPM though
