Which is best Freesat pvr twin tuner

I currently have sky+ Hd , my contract is up next month so I am looking to replace it with a freesat box,

Which is the best freesat hd box with twin tuner and will I just be able to plug it into my current sky dish twin ariels

any advice woud be gratefully recieved:)
