hi, can anyone help with this, I need the barcodes for the stored fobs from this faulty scu, also an eka code if poss.

For future reference, Fob 3 is line 004 offset 8,9,A,B,2,3,4,5,6,7 (not present in this dump). Notice the pattern forming?

scu i think is locked,i try immo off but car goes only 4000rpm,how to pair other scu with working remote?

What i want to know from you .

1.Can you move a working remote barcode over to another SCU . Will it then still work on the other SCU file ??

2. Syncro bytes between SCU and ECU -Have you found it or not . (It would be nice to know where they are so that you can sync ecu and scu in the files ..( I do Know that sync bytes adapt in ecu to the SCU .- That is : you can sync as many ecu's as you want to the scu . So car will run on all off them . )
So with a few tests i am certain it will be easy to find ....

hi pierre,
If you re sync an scu to a mems 3 ecu, the scu data does not change, the change is in the ecu, so need to sync a few mems 3 ecus and thenread eeprom dump to find changes, then check scu dump to 'match' data.

Ive never had time to do this as other methods have worked!

If and when i get a chance, i will sort this and post results, regards ninja

Don't know if this will work, have suggested it several times in other threads.

fill the ENTIRE dump with, FF, make stareter motor noises, several times.
Leave a few mins, read dump, see if anypart of it has changed.

*IF* changed bit, edit the orginal file of that bit to FF or 60, close eyes, make starter motor noises. :bounce:

Yes would maybe work that way .
Have already got an idea where it is stored but not double tested it yet ..

Have found some usefull info .. But will do some more testts this following weeks

Seems syncro byte s in scu and ecu are easy to find with no problems at all ..


will just need to confirm outcome on it later and then keep it to myself ..
