Toyota Tundra 5.7 2009 RKE programing

Hi
How to program new remotes to Toyota Tundra 2009 5.7 doublecab? Solutions with "five clicks button on drivers door" from programyourremote.com doesn't work. I have (precisly not me, - it belong to client of mine).
If somebody can give me a hint..

you will need tool for this
I think T300 might but will need incode/outcode do it, I always use Toyota IT2 since I have one so never tried using anything else.

as of 2008 toyota / lexus no more on board programming,you must use tecstcreen with toyota login.just like they did with the key section no on board
programming to 4d-67 toyota. unless its a sequioa 03-08 there is a add key program.
